70 Mile General Store is centrally located between Clinton and 100 Mile House on Highway
97 North at the Green Lake / Watch Lake junction. They handle a variety of basic grocery
needs and are fully equipped with gas, and propane. As a liquor agency they carry an
assortment of liquors, wine, and beer. They sell hunting and fishing licences and carry
a selection of fishing tackle and flies suitable for our local lakes. They also stock

Ace High Resort Open all year

Located on the southern shore of Watch Lake. This Cariboo lake is well known for its
great Rainbow Trout fishing and natural beauty. This resort is quiet and family
orientated. The property is nicely treed, mainly grassed and on 1400 feet of westward
facing shoreline! Cabins One, two and three room, completely equipped
housekeeping cabins are available nestled among the trees. All cabins are electrically
heated and on the lakeshore.
RV Sites & Camping Spacious lakefront camping and RV sites include electrical, water hook ups and sani-dump. Semi private boat docks are available.
Clean Washrooms Centrally located, modern washroom facility with showers and laundromat.

Cariboo Eco Tours
We provide guided tours throughout the scenic and beautiful Cariboo area. Our guests will experience an exhilarating
Mountain Bike ride on some of the hundreds of kilometers of trails in the area, or how about relaxing with a kayak tour
on a serene cariboo lake. We provide the bikes and kayaks and all the necessary safety gear. We will provide lunch
and snacks as well. We can take you on a half day, full day, or overnight excursion. If you prefer a walking/hiking
trip our friendly and knowledgeable guides can provide that as well. All experience and fitness levels are welcome.

Located about one mile north of Green Lake, The Historic Graham Dunden Ranch offers

Green Lake Snowmobile Club Open all year

On January 13th 1975, twenty five snowmobile enthusiasts gathered together with the idea in mind of forming a snowmobile club for the area.
Since 1975 we have been an active club and will be enjoying our 40 year in 2015. The Green Lake Snowmobile clubhouse came about due to the
hard work of previous members who have built, added to and maintained the building for everyone in the community to enjoy. The newest
construction contains indoor toilets a very welcome addition. We are very fortunate to have a club house that is used for club meeting,
dinners, club and community events. The club house can also be rented for functions from weddings to birthday parties to whatever else.
Green Lake Snowmobile Club maintains approximately 80 miles of snowmobile trails which are used all year round by quads, horse back riders,

Little Horse Lodge is the only year round resort along the North Shore of Green Lake!
Our main lodge has a 45 seat, fully licensed restaurant, plus a sun deck if you
wish to dine out in the clean, fresh air. We are famous locally for our fine meals,
homemade pies, cakes, bread and cozy atmosphere. We can offer you 3 different kinds of
BC Tourism approved accommodations: 3 B & B guestrooms; 15 campsites (some
with power); 5 tastefully decorated, rustic log cabins. Our cabins are fully
equipped so you can cook your own meals. We will spoil you with a breakfast in our
restaurant if you stay in one of the guestrooms. Discover serene lakes, tranquility,

Bring your own horse, or just lay back and relax, at a working ranch and stay in a log cabin.
This Guest Ranch is located close to Green Lake and Watch Lake, yet is in it's own private
wilderness area. The ranch is a working ranch which can accommodate a maximum of
11 people. This small number allows them to provide a very personal service to their
guests. There are three cabins -
all have wood stoves and have either a full kitchen or are set up for camp style cooking.
The "Bunkhouse" is the favorite for families as it can easily sleep six people.

Tin Cup Greens Golf Course is a family owned golf course located in scenic 70 Mile House,
located close to Highway 97. We offer 9 scenic holes in the middle of ranch country in
the South Cariboo Region of British Columbia. We also offer various activities such as our
authentic Finnish Sauna. Tin Cup Greens Golf Course is situated on a 40 acre parcel of
land 13 KM from 70 Mile House and only minutes away from the recreational area of Green
Lake. Our typical golfing season is May through October. Hiking, biking and bird watching
and other activities are available as well as endless trails built for snowmobiling use
during the winter months. Winter activities include cross-country skiing, snowmobiling,
skating and pond hockey.

Trollheimen Weaving Studio
You can experience the beauty and recreational opportunities of the South Cariboo and
learn to weave at the same time. Come away with a blanket, a scarf or shawl, a rag rug,
an Appalachian egg basket; or take a workshop in a Norwegian weaving design technique:
Double Krokbragd, Square Weave, or Rosepath; weave a table runner, pillow or wall
hanging . . . and you can even learn to felt, to knit a scarf, toque, mitts or socks.
This all can be achieved in a 3 - 4 nights stay in our sleeping accommodation for three
or four, with a kitchenette and bath. You can be self-contained in the open studio loft.
We also have electricity available for an RV. Unni Bakstad Lorenz, weaving Instructor,
has a background in weaving that spans over 30 years. She's taken extensive courses in
Norway, USA, and Canada. She received her Crafts Program Diploma and Certificate for
teaching crafts from Capilano College.

Watch Lake Lodge

Watch Lake Lodge offers cabins and camping and our most popular attraction is
TRAIL RIDING. We offer two well supervised rides daily, at 10:00 am and 2:00 pm,
except Sunday's. On Thursday's at 6:00 pm we feature an Adult Ride for camp guests only.
On Saturday there is a picnic lunch ride, where riders and non-riders meet by the lake
and have lunch together. We can accommodate up to 25 riders at one time and they can
be as young as 7. Three to four experienced wranglers supervise each ride. Everyone
from beginners to advanced riders are welcome...we can handle you all!
Built in the late 1920's and situated at the "T" corner on Watch Lake Road the "Lodge"
was originally a hunting and fishing camp. Today the Lodge incorporates 12 rustic
cabins, 8 sites for tents and campers, a safe swimming area, row boats and a small
convenience store. Shorty, Dimps and family offer a very unique vacation experience
where you draw your own water and chop your own wood. Generations of families have
enjoyed their stay at Watch Lake Lodge and many have formed very special friendships
with each other at their "Home Away From Home!"
